Some are born to paint, some are born to sing, and Joe Everson was born to do both simultaneously. Celebrity artist, Joe Everson, will be attending the World Class Fireworks Shoot-Off and Trade Show on April 22nd at 5pm to perform his one-of-a-kind, nationally acclaimed rendition of the “Star-Spangled Banner”. Mr. Everson is known for painting beautiful patriotic portraits while he sings our country’s National Anthem and has been a guest performer at several major sporting events, as well as, on Fox and Friends. "I am excited to be able to perform for Jake's Fireworks Shootoff. We will get to see and experience the rocket’s red glare and the bombs bursting in air as a reminder of all the men and women that have given up so much to keep us free,” says Mr. Everson, who adds that his gratitude towards the men and women in service is one of the things that ignites and propels him to pursue his passion.
"Everytime I paint, it isn't just so I can show off. It is a humbling reminder to me that my cousin Benito gave his life so that I can do things like this. I want it to be an emotional reminder to everyone else who lost someone or has someone serving in our Fighting Forces. A reminder that we will not forget them and that we are thankful for their sacrifice."
